Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order after we receive it. Please allow additional time for tracking information to be updated as there may be minor delays with local couriers. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. Shipping Time

We ship from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your email address.

3. Changing Shipping Address

There is no charge for changing your shipping address until we provide you with a tracking number.

4. Order Tracking

If you are registered with wildbeam.shop, you can track your order, shipping, and handling information in your account. If you are not registered with our website, you can track your order here using your order ID and email address.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately and we will provide a full refund without additional handling fees. Once the item has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details

All orders are tax-free. We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. We do not ship to other countries.
